Walking

Walking is fun and free! It is a great form of exercise and helps reduce the risk of heart diseases and strokes. Your mental and physical well-being can benefit greatly from a brisk walk. For a healthy lifestyle it is recommended that you walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Buy yourself a pedometer and walk to work. If this is not an option, how about walking from the nearest tube or train station:

Walking from Earlsfield Train station takes approx. 10 mins or 1350 steps

Walking from Tooting Broadway takes approx. 20 mins or 2450 steps

There are 3 access points to the estate as seen above:

  • Maskell Road/Rosemary Road
  • St Martin’s Way and Riverside Road.
